This document is Issued By Ridhi Sidhi Spaces.

1. Warranty Coverage.

Ridhi Sidhi Spaces (referred to as “Service Provider”) hereby provides a limited warranty for the wooden works executed at the Project Address listed above, effective for a period of FIVE (5) years.

This warranty covers the following:

• The Product supplied and installed is properly maintained and utilized for normal domestic use.
• The Product is still at its original installed position and location.
• The warranty has not expired, subject to the limitations set forth through terms & conditions.
• If the product has any kind of water damage where the product wasn’t in contact with the water for more than 24 hours, then the warranty can be claimed.
• If the product has been bent or bulged out without any physical contact and has also been used in the suggested method/capacity. 
• Fading off the product outer finish even if the product is placed indoors and not exposed to any kind of direct sunlight or directly in contact with water or other liquid components.
• Warranty will still be enacted if the product has come under termites issues.
  
  Other Services such as:
• False Ceiling.
• Painting.
• Wallpapers.
• Soft Furniture like (Sofa, dining table, tea table etc.)
• Electrical or Plumbing works.
• Stone works like (Countertops, wall claddings etc.)

Will be covered under a 1 year of service based warranty.

2. Exclusions.

The following conditions or circumstances are NOT covered under this warranty:

1. Non-Woodwork Components: Any work that is not related to woodwork is excluded from the 5-year replacement warranty.

2. Natural Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or fading.

3. Improper Use or Negligence: The warranty is void if the product has been misused, abused, altered, stored improperly, or cleaned with inappropriate methods of cleaning products.

4. Termite Infestation: Products that attract termites due to reasons beyond the control of Ridhi Sidhi Spaces will not be covered under the warranty.

5. Post-Installation Modifications: Any modifications made to the product after installation by Ridhi Sidhi Spaces will void the warranty.

6. Water Exposure: If the product is exposed to water for more than 72 continuous hours, leading to damage such as loosening of the edge banding, the warranty will not apply.

7. Environmental Factors:

• Damages caused by prolonged exposure to extreme environmental conditions, such as water exposure beyond 24 hours, high humidity, or extreme temperatures.
• The warranty does not cover damages caused by pests or insects.

8. Unauthorized Repairs: Any modifications or repairs performed by third parties, will void the warranty.

9. Acts of Nature (Force Majeure): The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, fires, lightning, or other force majeure events.

10. Staining from Foreign Substances: Damage caused by external substances like dirt, grease, oils, solvents, or other foreign materials is excluded from the warranty.

Ridhi Sidhi Spaces reserves the right to modify specifications as part of its commitment to continuous product improvement.

3. Warranty Claim Procedure.

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, the customer must notify Ridhi Sidhi Spaces in writing/email within 72 hours of noticing the issue. Upon receipt of the claim, Ridhi Sidhi Spaces will inspect the issue in the time of 72 hours and take the necessary corrective action at no cost to the customer, provided the defect falls under the warranty coverage.

4. The warranty is not extended or renewed, if:

In case any of the cabinets or components are replaced by Ridhi Sidhi Spaces in part or whole within the said warranty period, the replaced part shall not be granted a new 5 year warranty. Instead, the warranty for the replaced part will be limited to the remaining duration of the original 5 year warranty period.

5. Limitations of Liability.

The Service Provider’s liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective work at its discretion. Ridhi Sidhi Spaces will not be responsible for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from defects or issues covered by this warranty.

6. Maintenance Instructions.

To ensure longevity and durability of the wooden works, the customer agrees to follow the maintenance guidelines provided by Ridhi Sidhi Spaces at the time of project completion. Failure to do so may result in voiding this warranty.

7. Governing Law.

This Warranty Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana.
